用户反馈是指开发者为账号下应用手动开启后，用户可以在下载单页中向开发者提交反馈的功能。

用户反馈可以做什么？

用户反馈可以帮助开发者便捷的收集用户在使用过程中遇到的问题，及时解决。

如何开启用户反馈？

开启用户反馈的步骤如下：

  1. 在我的应用中选择要开启用户反馈的应用
  1. 打开 app 设置
  1. 找到用户反馈选项，选择开启

我可以在哪里查看用户提交的反馈？

开发者可以在我的应用中应用信息中的反馈页面查看用户提交的使用反馈。

用户反馈功能是否收费？

目前不收费，应用正常发布的状态下均可使用。

用户需要如何提交使用反馈？

  1. 用户打开下载单页
  1. 分别填写反馈内容（必填）、上传附件（选填）、凯发k8地址的联系方式（必填）后进行提交。

我如何可以不接收用户反馈？

  1. 用户反馈功能默认关闭，只有手动开启后，开发者才可以收到用户提交的反馈；
  2. 如果开发者已经开启了用户反馈，可以在 app 设置中将该功能关闭即可，关闭之后就不会再接收到用户反馈
